After having received from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission the conformation that the Full Tilt’s online poker primary license is still considered valid, The Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) has decided to approve the gaming company’s application to renew its secondary license which it has in the territory.

The regulator from Kahnawake had started a review of Full Tilts’ Secondary Client Provider Authorization (or SCPA) at the end of June, after AGCC has brought a decision to suspend the company’s main license. According to Kahnawake laws, the SCPA can only belong to operators possessing a valid license given by a primary jurisdiction.

The KGC confirmed that the Alderney regulator told them that in spite of the fact that Full Tilt’s Online Poker primary license is now suspended till the end of a hearing which is to take place before the 15th of September, “these licenses are still considered to be valid”. Therefore, the KGC has assured Kolyma Corporation A.V.V., operating under the name of Full Tilt Poker, that its SCPA would be renewed for a period of two years ending on the 1^st of August 2013.

The KGC added that Full Tilt is not presently offering its gaming services to players from servers located within Kahnawake or under the KGC’s supervision and claimed that it was closely watching all the proceedings being conducted by the AGCC.
